INIMA welcomes the AIM to its network.

The International Network of Interim Manager Associations (INIMA) gathers National Associations of Interim Managers from across Europe, representing 2500 interim managers, many of whom are operating Internationally.

INIMA is pleased to announce that the newly formed Portuguese Interim Management Association (AIM) has now joined its network, INIMA now represents 10 European nations.

AIM – Associação de Interim Management de Portugal (aimp.pt) was founded in January 2021 with the mission to develop, enhance and promote the interim management in Portugal and contribute to its International presence by cooperating with INIMA.

INIMA supports cross border collaboration to advance the Interim Management profession and facilitate the exchange of knowledge between the members of the INIMA partner associations. All the partner associations maintain professional standards by applying robust admission procedures and facilitating continuous learning of their members.

INIMA encourages communication, and shares experiences, best practices and competencies. This network benefits not only interim managers but also the industry, interim providers and private equities.
