INIMA welcomes Lionel Garnier

INIMA is honoured to welcome Lionel Garnier to its Board as the representative of the French interim management association IFMT.

We would also like to warmly thank Jean-Philippe Ménétret who has been an invaluable asset since the foundation of INIMA in 2019. His enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism have been greatly appreciated and have made a lasting impact on our organisation. He will be greatly missed by the BoD.

Lionel is an international CEO and transformation leader with over 35 years’ experience leading industrial and supply-chain organizations worldwide. He has held senior executive roles, managing complex transformations and multi-site operations in demanding environments.

Having worked in more than 24 countries, he combines cultural agility with strong execution discipline. Today, he advises boards, executives, and investors on industrial strategy and operational performance.
